Application Method
Add component B to component A and mix with a low-speed mixer until homogeneous. (Follow the ratio and pot-life in the manufacturer’s technical bulletin.)
Dilution: Depending on the application method, viscosity can be adjusted with polyurethane thinner.
Surface Preparation: Oil, dirt, rust and loose layers must be removed; the system must be completed with a suitable primer/intermediate coat (preferably epoxy).
Conditions: Dust-proofing at 20°C is generally 1–2 hours, waiting time between coats is 8–12 hours, and full cure is ~7 days. (May vary depending on ambient temperature/humidity.)
Warning: Ensure good ventilation during application and curing; use PPE.
