This product is a water-based fire retardant paint system developed to increase fire safety in modern buildings and industrial facilities.
When exposed to heat, it forms an intumescent carbon layer on the surface; this layer both prevents heat transfer and prevents flame spread by stopping oxygen from reaching the surface.
With its different color options and matte-semi-matte appearance, it meets both technical and aesthetic expectations.
Thanks to its water-based acrylic resin and hybrid resin structure, it has low VOC emissions, environmentally friendly formulation and high adhesion strength.
It can be used on surfaces such as wood, steel, concrete, and drywall. It is ideal for providing fire resistance in schools, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, warehouses, and steel-framed buildings. Easy to apply, apply in two or three coats using an airless spray, roller, or brush. Drying time is rapid (touch dry in 1 hour, fully dry in 24 hours at 20°C). After full cure, the paint film becomes fire-resistant, hard, and crack-resistant.
