Solvent-free Epoxy Self-Leveling Coating is a high-performance flooring system that makes new concrete floors, or those that have been worn, pitted, or damaged, shiny, dense, and smooth. Its chemically-based structure enhances durability and provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is ready for walking on in approximately 24 hours after application, and full mechanical and chemical resistance is achieved within seven days.
Features
- High chemical resistance
- Excellent mechanical strength
- Easy to apply
- Shiny surface finish

- Hygienic and easy to clean
Areas of Use
Factories, warehouses, shopping malls, workshops, aircraft hangars, schools, hospitals, pharmaceutical production facilities, food production areas, laboratories, parking lots, water treatment plants, heavy forklift traffic and corrosive chemical usage areas.
Application Method
Weak areas of the surface are removed by milling, sandblasting, or sanding. Glossy surfaces are roughened, oil and dirt are removed, and dust is vacuumed. The surface is primed with Solvent-Free Epoxy Primer, and Self-Leveling is applied within 24 hours. This is applied with a trowel and air bubbles are removed with a spiked roller. If a rough surface is desired, quartz can be sprinkled on. The following day, excess quartz is removed, and Self-Leveling is applied again. After the final coat of epoxy has hardened, it is completed with a roller.
