- Input Control: Resin, pigment, filler and solvents are accepted tested according to specifications (viscosity, density, purity, particle size, etc.).
- Process Control: Dispensing efficiency, dispersion quality and rheology targets are continuously monitored; color/gloss samples are prepared with drawdown panels in the laboratory.
- Output Control: ΔE measurements for color consistency, 60° gloss measurements for gloss, and adhesion, hardness, and flexibility tests for film properties are performed. Compliance is verified against the performance criteria declared in the TDS.
